Biography :
Introducing a new team member of United Real Estate Solutions, Jessica Wilhelm. Jessica is a native Tennessean, from Nashville. She relocated to the eastern side of the state over 10 years ago. After graduating from David Lipscomb University, she moved to the Pigeon Forge area to pursue her career in technical theater at Dollywood Theme Park and to enjoy the Smoky Mountain hiking trails. Jessica then found the world of event marketing, where she traveled all over the United States and met people from all walks of life introducing them to new products and services that could benefit their lives. After several years in the marketing industry, Jessica wanted a new challenge and to expand her skill set. As she searched her soul to find her new career, she recalled her home-buying process. She entered the home-buying arena and found out quickly how difficult and overwhelming it could be as a first-time buyer. Luckily, she had a patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating realtor to guide her along the way. After the initial stress of buying a home comes a sense of triumph and pride of owning land and a home.
Since Jessica did not have any supernatural superpowers, she considered Jessica Wilhelm – real estate agent, thinking she could assist others attempting to accomplish that slice of the American Dream. Now she strives to educate herself daily on the local market, current trends in lending, and problem-solving solutions, using those skills to help ease the stress of others, especially those entering the pursuit of homeownership for the first time. Using her life experience as a recent reminder of how she was assisted in the process she is helping others' dreams come true as well. She believes in treating her clients with honesty, integrity, and going above and beyond to deliver a memorable client experience. Jessica will be your co-pilot and stay with you from the first time you meet until your transaction is complete. She will actively listen, follow through, advise, and inform you throughout each step of the process.
When Jessica is not closing deals and fulfilling clients' dreams of real estate domination, she is hitting the Smoky Mountain trails with her hiking club and spending time with her Part Yorkie Bailey, creating one-of-a-kind pet parade costumes. However, she is most passionate about traveling the United States and the world with her husband, TJ. They’ve traveled to 10 countries and all throughout the states sightseeing, enjoying the beautiful landscapes, and trying the delicious local cuisine
